Dog walking with fees that drop every rebook

Your platform fee is per sitter relationship, and it drops a step every time you rebook that sitter, as your completed spend together adds up: 18% → 15% → 10% → 6%. Rebooking the same sitter costs you less every time.

Pay on VettedTails and we stand behind the booking. You are not charged until your sitter accepts, your payment is then held until the sit completes, a paid booking cancelled by either side is refunded in full automatically, and every quote is itemized so you always see where every cent goes. If something goes wrong, tell us and we'll do our best to make it right — for you, your pet, and your sitter. Report a general issue within 48 hours of completion, or start a Guarantee claim within 7 days of the booking's end. You pay when your sitter accepts, through Stripe — by card, or by bank when your sitting starts more than 5 days out and you have a card on file. Bank transfers can bounce days after they seem to go through, so we only offer them when there's time to sort that out before the sit. Same price either way. Your sitter is paid out after the booking completes — money never changes hands off-platform.
