Keep up to 94% of every booking
The more a client rebooks you, the more you keep — declining, dollar-keyed tiers from day one, everywhere.

Sitter FAQ
How much do sitters keep?
New clients start at 82%, and your keep grows as they rebook you — up to 94%. On Rover you keep roughly 80%, and your clients pay Rover an ~11% booking fee on top (Rover fees as published, July 2026).
When do I get paid?
Payouts go through Stripe after each booking completes. You connect your payout account once, during onboarding.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. No signup fee, no subscription — the platform fee comes out of each booking, and it shrinks as clients rebook you.
How do I set my rates?
From the Services & rates tab of your dashboard at vettedtails.com/dashboard/profile — edit any listing's rate inline. You can also set a per-extra-pet fee, added for each pet beyond the first on a booking.
How do I control my availability?
From the Calendar tab of your dashboard. Block one-off date spans, annual holidays (a Core holidays preset adds Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year's in one tap), or weekly windows — and the Available for bookings toggle pauses new requests entirely. Requests for blocked dates are refused automatically, so you never have to decline them. In the app, open your Calendar tab, or Profile → Calendar & availability.
How do I get verified?
The Verification tab of your dashboard shows your Ready to care checklist. If another platform or employer ran a background check on you in the last 12 months, upload the report there — a person reviews every document, and the checklist shows where your submission stands.
I have a referral code — how do I use it?
Invite links land on vettedtails.com/join — sign up there and the code applies on its own. You can also enter it under “Have a referral code?” on your dashboard, on the web or in the app. A code works within 14 days of creating your account, one code per account — and your own code won't work on yourself.
